We have increased our sanitizing protocols around the hospital for client and staff safety to allow us to remain OPEN.
Our primary goal is to stay healthy, keep others around us healthy and continue to provide service throughout the duration of this pandemic. Our veterinarians and veterinary team all wear masks during appointments. We recommend that clients also wear masks when coming into the building. If you are experiencing any symptoms we ask that you please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
Please be patient, kind, and respectful to our hardworking team.
Taking care of your pets is our priority. We are here to help and have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards our team. This type of behaviour only harms our ability to serve the pets and families of our community.
Emergencies are stressful, and you are allowed to be anxious and upset, but not so far as to disrespect the doctors and support team working tirelessly to help your pet. We thank you for your kindness.
Thank you for all your dedication and support during these challenging times! Please reach out with any questions.
